Vanced MicroG is open source and OP can look through the code, remove parts they don't like, compile it for themselves. Pretty sure Google send them a C&D when they tried to monetize with Vanced NFT. According to them, they modified the bytecode of the official YouTube app to provide the extra features so I am surprised that they survived so long.
